Recent psychological
research studies on human well being indicate that most people are
looking for less worry, anxiety, stress, anger, conflict, and the
feeling of being overwhelmed. We wish for happiness for ourselves,
our children and loved ones. Over the last few decades we have seen
an increase in the accumulation of material possessions. People
are becoming better educated, there have been wonderful medical
advances, our life expectancy has increased, but our search for
happiness continues in much the same way it always has.
Dr. Brennan
will provide a powerfully rich learning environment in which you
will discover your own ability to enhance your life and cultivate
your capacity for happiness. His personal coaching philosophy will
focus your attention on your natural strengths and how they can
be translated into achievable goals. Further, Dr. Brennan will help
you create a vision for your future and support you in making the
type of changes in your life that you believe are necessary to get
you into mental and physical balance.
